When you send an enquiry
The form asks for your name and email address, with optional service interests and a message. We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements and take steps towards providing services if you ask us to. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Enquiries use Supabase for storage and Resend for email notifications where those services are configured. If storage is unavailable, the form can use an accepted email notification to deliver the enquiry. It reports a failure if neither channel confirms receipt. These providers process information to operate the enquiry service.
Marketing emails are a separate choice
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or grant permission for promotional emails. Newsletter sign-ups are currently unavailable on this website.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand page use and form completion. The website does not intentionally send names, email addresses, enquiry messages or URL query strings to analytics. Google may process technical information such as device and browser information and use analytics cookies.
Analytics is off until you choose to allow it. You can change your choice using the cookie preferences control below. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics loading after the page reloads; it does not remove information already processed by Google.
Keeping information
Enquiry details should be kept only while needed for the enquiry, any resulting work and applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask about information held about you or request its deletion. Requests are assessed against any legal obligations to retain records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct personal information, request deletion, object to certain uses or ask for processing to be restricted where those rights apply. Contact the email address above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
